I. Introduction of College

Yunnan College of Business Management ( YCBM) is a full-time common applied-style undergraduate college, which was approved by Ministry of Education to issue academic qualification certificates. With many years development, the College has become an applied undergraduate college with strong comprehensive strength, distinctive school-running characteristics and high school-running level among similar universities in Yunnan Province. More than 30,000 students are currently in college. In 2017 college became the first batch of example university transformed from common undergraduate college to applied college.

College is located in Spring City of Kunming with two campuses: Haiyuan  campus (296 Haitun road, Kunming) and Anning campus ( 17Qilin road, Anning Vocational Education Zone). College covers land of 1305.18 Chinese Mu. College has school of economy and finance, school of international business, school of engineering, school of medicine, school of education, and school of arts and humanities. There are 36 undergraduate majors and 57 junior college majors, covering eight disciplines including management, economics, engineering, medicine, education, literature arts and law.

II. Recruitment Requirements and Benefits

 (3) With ability to undertake R&D  and innovation projects  in the levels of nation(region), provinces and ministry;

(4)With more than three years of work experience.

A start-up research fee of  100-200,000 Rmb Yuan for those with doctor degree based on their research fields

III. Requirements of Work and Task for Teaching Post

I) Ph.D. Postgraduates

 

1. Open and teach core courses of own subject and complete not less than 448 workloads each year or every academic year, including teaching and scientific research work;

2. Assist academic subject leaders in planning subject development;

3. Participate in the academic echelon construction in a certain research direction on the own discipline, guide young teachers in teaching and scientific research;

4. Complete any two projects of the following tasks within three years of taking the post:

  (1) .Set up one major research project at the provincial and ministerial level or two general projects at the provincial level;

  (2) .Introduce one or up horizontal cooperation projects of more than 150,000 Rmb yuan;

(3) As the first two principal persons to complete project, receiving more than one third-class prize for provincial scientific research achievements.

4) Publishing 2 academic papers in the retrieval journals (including SCI, SSCI, EI, CSSCI, A@HCI) by the first author or co- authors or the papers are reprinted by Xinhua Digest and photocopy materials of Renmin University of China

 (5). Receive one patent right of invention or one patent transform.

5. Complete other agreed tasks.

(II)  Master Degree Postgraduate

1. Open and teach core courses of own subject and complete not less than 512 workloads each year or every academic year, including teaching and scientific research work;

2. Complete other agreed tasks.

 

IV. Reward Plan for Excellent Personnel in Yunnan College of Business Management

The person,  who works for more than 3 years  and meets  the following requirement(I) or requirement(II), will be provided with a 100 square meter apartment( he she will receive the property right of the apartment if working for more than 8 years ) .

 (I). Taking college as chief research unit, lead and complete one of the following projects:

 

 

1. Selected as candidate of Yunnan Province Ten Thousand -Person Program or Thousand-person Program;

2. Selected as an academic and technical leader in Yunnan Province

3. Receive National Teaching Achievement Award (first or second finisher);

4. Receive Yunnan Province Teaching Achievement Special Award;

5. Lead a project in Yunnan province Science and Technology Innovation Team (the first or the second leader)

6. Set up a project in Key Laboratory of Yunnan Province;

7.  Receive Yunnan Province First Prize of Science and Technology;

8. Introduce 2 million Rmb Yuan of horizontal scientific research fund in one year.

 

 (II). Taking college as chief research unit, lead and complete three of the following projects:

1. Establish and complete one state-level natural science project;

2. Establish and complete one state-level social science project;

3. Introduce 1.5 million Rmb Yuan of horizontal scientific research fund in three years;

4. Establish a project in Yunnan Province Science and Technology Innovation Team;

5. Establish a project in Ministry of Education Science and Technology Innovation Team;

6. Set up a project in Engineering Research Center of Ministry of Education;

7. Successfully applied for one state-level first-class specialty;

8. Pass international professional certification;

9. Build national top quality online open courses;

10. Receive a first prize of Yunnan province teaching achievements;

11. Receive a second prize of Yunnan province science and technology;

12. Lead students to receive a golden prize of national “Internet-plus;

13. Lead students to receive a first prize of international mathematical modeling competition;

14. Publish no less than 3 papers in SCI or SSCI journals (first author and co- author);

15. Receive no fewer than three patents of invention;

16. Set up a project in Key Laboratory of university in Yunnan province;

 

17. Set up a scientific and technological innovation team of universities in Yunnan province.

V. Recruitment procedures

(I). Recruitment time

Recruitment is effective for whole year, and there is no time limit.

  (III). Qualification review

The Human Resources Department conducts a preliminary examination on the qualification of applicants. The qualified applicants will be notified by e-mail or telephone to come to college for an interview.

IV). Interview

1. Interview time

Interview time will be arranged in accordance with the specific circumstances of applicants and college, and applicants will be notified by phone, SMS or email.

2. Interview Content

Interview (trial lecture): It mainly examines applicant’s appearance and deportment, abilities of language expression and thinking, ability of application of professional knowledge in classroom, teaching methods, teaching skills, teaching attitude and other comprehensive abilities.

(V). Physical Examination

According to the ranking of the comprehensive results of professional qualification and interview for the same post, persons selected for medical examination is determined based on the ratio of 1:1 of job recruitment.

 

(VI). Employment Notice

 

After passing the physical examination, department of human resources will uniformly issue an employment notice. The employed persons   will come to come to handle the relevant recruitment procedures in accordance with the stipulated time.

VI. Other Relative Things

 (I). High-end professionals in the industry will be employed in the form of project cooperation, and their project funds and awards will be implemented in accordance with the agreement of specific project cooperation.
